11/16/04 2005 Conference Meeting Rescheduled

Hey All,

i'm very sorry but we have to cancel the meeting for this wed night in m'boro. we have rescheduled the meeting for monday, dec. 6 at 7pm at TN Orthopaedic Alliance (jerry mclemore's office) in nashville. we will be sending out directions to his office the week before the meeting with a meeting reminder and agenda update.

meanwhile, let's please go ahead and get the ball rolling.....

1. spring black out dates and where you plan to play your home games...we need to get the schedule going now so we can make sure everyone has enough time to reserve fields. also, we need time to make the schedule, secure referees and the schedule the trainers!

2. club contacts for coaches, parent representatives, school sponsors and club captains. remember, i need cell phone numbers and email addresses big time!!

3. a physical mailing address for each club and/or school for invoicing and etc.

4. jersey colors, club name and affiliated school(s).

5. a count (rsvp) of who will and who will not be attending the meeting on the 6th. we need at least one representative from every team. all parents are welcome to attend so please spread the word.
